The SEC is contesting the entire merger, which would leave MPIX as to what it was before the pathetic merger, a nothing company that rarely traded. If that is "nothing wrong" then I agree.

are you high on something. people are not shorting this pos. simply said people have shares for no cost basis and are leaving the premises. I told everyone that the jv venture being killed was the dagger here. I told everyone 005 price no one wanted to believe me. Now we are going to go to 008 as a new base, we are deader then dead on this deal.

Who in their right mind would short a stock worth less than a penny? Just insane to imagine that. Sounds like the Liar Roxanna talking in private about being shorted.
