You need to update your chart to reflect the massive dilution in the latest PIPE deal in 2012. To reach it's stated $10,000,000 goal with shares priced at $0.80 that's another 12.5 million shares. And that does not include the 822K shares under the previous PIPE's 'make whole' provision
