Fair question. I don't know. I belive Rock alluded to it early in the call and then never brought it up again. I suppose there could be alot of thing holding it up - maybe the seller is rethinking now that the mine has such promise - maybe they are trying to work out a new deal - don't know. I would hope they put something out about it or discuss it in greater detail with the monthly update. Certainly they could have done a better job discussing the hold up.
