I just don't think there's enough confidence from an every day investor who knows nothing to say hey I know I've lost a ton in Viper but I'm gonna buy even more. Either MMs want shares and the price keeps coming up... or they're scared to let the price fall because they're in too deep. Either way I think they are the only ones buying at this point. When I see 1 million plus buys right now I think Insiders.
