Thanks for that informative post Alex. Reading last night and putting this all together helped me understand the price structure today. It was explained elsewhere that the Public Offering would be at 6.61, as mentioned in the filing. But the AM, PM people understand and have priced it in at 10% dilution, so the 5.60 price (or so) is correct, and ARNA should go up from here without any problems.
Yes, the dilution appears to be a good thing, as it will give the company the money it needs to get the product to market quickly.

LONG and strong, with ARNA. My only question is--what is the next ARNA, as I am selling off many other losers today and want to find a stock as promising as ARNA in which to invest--or should I just put it all here?
