OK, here goes...

A) So you are saying SNEY is going to hold off on completing Q3 until they can complete the 10k at the same time. Great, that should give us a few months to sit here and twiddle our thumbs. By the way, why in the world would you have to make Q3 fins concur with the 10k for that period?!?! It is the other way around! If Q3 is completed correctly there is no reason to hold it back.

B) Q1 2012 in 7-10 days!!! HA! We have completed only 2 Qs in 5 and a half months!!(But that's just because of the old auditors dragging azzzz! We just have to wait a few more months to prove it!)
