Basically per the "filings" and posts at the time ... so if all that was true it should run back up again at some point... if not true then well ya know ... maybe billionaires don't understand simple charts and buy way too high? not sure ;-)

Am I correct? Did Soon buy NEOM stock at .04? So he basically lost 3/4 of his investment since the price is at .0125
