I don't see how it's any different than somebody that posts all day about "stock is real thin, only xxxx shares and it's to the moon" when 10 times that many shares trade and the stock doesn't move or goes down. Or people showing charts on a .0001 stock and trying to convince people it means something is about to happen. Or all the level 2 play-by-play that doesn't amount to anything. Or a stock where the insiders are constantly diluting the stock into oblivion but you have people (likely bagholders) trying to convince people the stock is the next big thing. Or all the other nonsense you see everywhere on Ihub every day. I'd say there's at least an equal amount (or more) of "brain disfunction" on the pumper side of things.
