IMHO it was the MM's exchanging shares and squaring the books for months end! Bummer! You can't trade pinkies Pre or AH's.

IMO, prearranged sale by company to pay Semple & Cooper audit bill. The good news about that is the audit is probably done. The bad news they still can't pay the bills without selling stock! If it is the company is selling stock it will be detailed in the S4 filing.
