Although I am pissed off with the way this management team acts towards it shareholders, I believe to put the blame on SK for the overall performance is not accurate. IMO there is one man responsible for the way this company is run and the decisions that are made and that is Swartz. he is calling all the shots, especially the financing which IMO is the main reason the pps is at .47. There is no doubt in my mind that he called the shot on using the ATM in lieu of doing a large placement after the RS with the pps in the $3 area.
Trials get delayed and the FDA is difficult to predict on timing, but the financing call was the decision that is most affecting the pps and I believe that is all on Swartz.
