#13499 RE: maisy1 #13488

Baltia is in the application process and waiting on a response from the FAA - which I believe will be very soon. Baltia is an applicant in good standing with the FAA, and has every prospect of being given the opportunity to jump through all of the regulatory hoops. If Baltia was not qualified in the eyes of the DOT to become an airline, then Baltia would not even be allowed to submit for certification.

Certainly the wait is stressful for many people, including investors - but, can you imagine how difficult it must be for those who have dedicated years to this task and worked hard in this very slow process? They are hanging in there, and so are many of us who believe that this business model will succeed. How long, you ask? As long as people believe it is a good investment and continue to support Baltia - or they get certified and start revenue-generating operations.

The slowness of the FAA's responses is not Baltia's doing. The FAA's budget for manpower assignments is not Baltia's doing. It is however, the current environment for those who wish to reach the goal of becoming an airline.

Baltia is close. Opting out at this late juncture, so close to being able to begin flying, is not within my scope of consideration - Why?? Because nothing, except timing due to delays, has changed - SAME GOOD BUSINESS PLAN - SAME OUTSTANDING MARKETS. Soon.

Not everyone can hang on, and that is understandable. We all wish it had already happened - that being said, it is still going to happen, IMHO.
