You bring up a good point Bucks. As far as the lack of an 8k goes after the last pr the only thing I can think of is- since the acquisition has been in their last several filings they don't have to file an 8k just because the closing date of this acquisition has changed. Other than that I'm not sure why no 8k....I was expecting one.
