Ok..Now that's about the third time you're suggesting that the CEO of the company "gave" his shares to the company. So, should I go ahead and not challenge you for putting something up without any proof whatsoever, as everyone else has done, or should I go ahead and call you out like you've done to me?

So....did he sell the shares and give the proceeds to the company as a gift? That's what you're saying....right?

And I'll ask you the same question I asked someone else...

if you're telling me I can't use the financials, tell me what I can use...If I blindly listened to people here, I'd be broke.

How does he eat, pay rent, etc.? You keep saying he isn't taking any money, so how does he survive? If he had enough to live in LA without pay for several years, there'd be no need for all that past dilution would there? If he had that kind of money, wouldn't he be BUYING some of this "grossly undervalued" stock instead of dumping his shares? It just doesn't make sense. Don't you think that if he "gave" it to the company, he would let the shareholders know about it as a show of faith? Just another red flag to ignore.
