Yes I would imagine this may perk up some ears because REEs are a national security issue. You sound like you speak from experience about JB being stubborn. I am hoping that a personal sense of time marching on and a business sense of urgency will mitigate that alleged stubborness. Like, "Is $50 million enough or do I hold out for $150 million."
