Response from TA just now.. O/S unchanged!!!

Actually if I'm not mistaken after the last dilution by RFMK Management in April ( the last 50M portion of the 150M dilution move) the RFMK O/S was +/- 857,000,000 shares -

So since then (April) another round of dilution for ~ another 32,000,000 shares on top of the 150,000,000 shares that were diluted from Feb - April; on top of the 100,000,000 shares that were given to Mike - Ex -CEO in January???

Issued and Outstanding: 889,828,022
