Never say never in stocks. It all depends if DGRI can recapture investor's imagination. A JV with a mid-tier mining company (I suspect that it would be a company listed on the NASDAQ) could do it. A copy of the ASTER Report on Basin Gulch would definitely do it moving DGRI at least above $1 per share to $5.
