Your not seeing the picture very clearly with the last 2 charts. It's like you want, so you draw lines to get.
Charting is a way to read retail sentiment. Don't pass what the chart tells you by. People don't like this stock. And their feelings are not changing. It continues to step down and base, while they decide what next.
