Yes that is essentially it. SGCP has money problems. Letting the concession go to STHG will net them $500K. And yes to mine these concessions profitably and efficiently special equipment is needed. Very expensive equipment. So the deal is good for both SGCP and STHG. At least SGCP can make some money on the land they cannot afford to mine at this time. You have to do what you have to do.
