The only reason that the pps is .024 is becasue there is no buying pressure. Right now, the MM's are not forced to cover, so they play with it like a cat does a ball of yarn.
If Amertrade freezes, than they all should be frozen. I'm not sure what the next PR can possibly say w/o SEC enforcement.. just thinking out loud.
open market buy back will take this to .20-.50 pretty fast IMO. I do not see how the shareholders can possibly get screwed on this one. Ameritrade won't.. they let me buy when it was being shorted, but not when a fair market was being made. I don't think so. Talking with my brother's attorney already.
