Seasound, I did take a trip out to both the Capstone manufacturing plants and don't have really much to report, so the reason for not reporting sooner.
California is just heading into spring so recently we have had quite a few storms roll in even after the worst of the winter storms. I visited about a week after the last big storm with more that were to visit.
CPST does not give tours except for the Annual Stockholders' Meeting in August
For that reason the buildings were tight with little action visible on the outside. Summer months have always proven to have a lot more outside activity.
I did wander around and took a few pictures. I saw 4 C-200s with recouperators outside hooked up and being tested. I also saw 6 large covered containers, but didn't see any markings to determine if they were being shipped out or are only containers of waiting parts of some sort as the containers were not maked.
Pictures were so inconsequential I didn't post them.
The weather here is getting quite nice and warm but we have a thing called June Gloom here where we can get some sever thunder storms through most of June, but that differs year to year.
I will try to get up another expedition in the near future and report here.
