There is no company here and hasn’t been since December of 2010, just an empty shell with a failed RM from last year with ECO Waste. Nothing is being worked on, nothing positive will ever happen to this shell, nothing is all there is here. It will in fact be dealt with shortly along with all the other NON DTC eligible securities out there. Your money is LONG GONE along with any potential to trade out of this.
The fact that it wasn't included is because it did not fit the criteria of those the SEC identified as potential hijack or abandoned shell. If it were not for activity in the last year it certainly would have been one.
