The bid was much higher. It seems some profit taking ensued. I am not disputing what you say though because it sold off to about .005 recently. It could have been dilution although it appears to be a sell off on low volume. It bumped up against resistance at the 50 day m/a and then sold off a little. That is about how I would expect it to play out today. What will be interesting is where does it close and what does tomorrow look like?
TEWI, correct me if I'm wrong but they are a fully reporting company and can't just sell shares into the market without a prior registration of some kind right?
