With all the convertible debentures MMTC has converting and being sold in the open market, the share price has nowhere to go but down. Shareholder equity destruction will pull the share price to .0001

Those who know the market are quite aware the bid ultimately determines true direction. MMTC is going down. ~Cottonmather
