Call the TA if you're going to question the SS. Since the company hasn't put out a filing with the current O/S at OTCMarkets, that's what people have to do.
Btw, if the SS in the iBox info is incorrect, I don't think it would be there.
Living and investing in the present is always preferable to investing on stale, out dated info. Especially with CAGR, which has a history of regular dilution.
