Here is a few facts about the government.

a) thousands of fly by night companies solicit the government for money knowing full well they don't have a prayer of success with their product or ideas.----- ergo no the government would not and should not just throw out money to a company that has no equity nor viable proven track record.

2) 250,000,000 is not a huge hurdle for a potential company to surmount, especially one that has a truly workable product.
Yet----FACT---> The government asked for a workable test model to study/review and were not sent one. The demonstration that was scheduled some time age for the government was canceled/postponed and never came about. Only Bob and his crew know what happened.
Even tho they claimed they did several demos in Florida for a non governmental--non major/major investor whatever.

3)UL certification is currently authorized with fuel cell products
Bloom is certified and so is several-others so I'm not sure where that statement came from. but who knows???

4) I'm pulling for the success of this company , However that fireside chat did little to nothing to dissuade my anxieties about this companies legitimacy.

So lets all hold our breath; and wish for the best.
