I understand people are at work, but I cannot imagine placing an important trade, and not keeping an eye on the boards and their email inbox. Everyone involved in these trades more than likely have signed up with the newsletter sites. Unconfirmed on the first email would have been great...I guess I opened them both at the same time because I was four minutes late getting to both the emails.
