And I don't think HBRM would have agreed to a bad deal. Their PRs note the vodka deal, record profits and web traffic, and the buyback, so I don't get the impression the LOI non-public conversation would have thrown themselves under the bus with the postive news pushes. The HBRM doc even recently participated in a summit.

Yeah, I think I'm going to throw some bucks into CHRI -- if anything, I'm covering both bases. But like you said, they should both be able to co-exist, which is what I think would happen.

Any others have any thoughts?
