Dave was selling stuff, a story
He is a salesman for katx

But we Read the Filings
Saw the history of Katx

We listened when the company said
"Interest in Katx has dimimished
Due to it large share structure and Reputaion"

We understand Katx is used up
won't file any more

Management did their Pumps
They taken their "assets" and
moved on to "The Next Pump"

So when the "salesman for katx" ask to come in

We said

"Daves not here"
