Maybe even less, I read somewhere that even 1 share is enough, but, I will ask the lawyer next week.

I will also ask when it takes effect, but, I think the company is obligated to count the shareholders of record only once a year, in December or January, so even if we ask the certs now, they will be obligated to come out of the dark after this, in about 8 months.
