I see that Mr. York is so smart & experienced with regards to Oil & Gas Drilling / Completions / Production that he forgot to have a logging unit standing by while they were drilling in Belize...

This mistake alone is sufficient to let everyone know that 'impressive credentials' are fake.

If you would like more proof that he doesn't know what he's doing, then I refer you to all past TECO Press Releases - they all have something stupid in them...

That sounds strange... perhaps Mr. York is suffering from amnesia... or more likely, his resume' is BS just like every other document that TECO generates...
