No, they weren't, far as I can tell. Tesluck doesn't seem to have been involved for awhile now. We don't, of course, know what the seed shareholders have been up to. As I recall, they got their stock in a Reg S placement, so probably they're Canadian. Of course they could be from any country but the U.S.

Now that the stock's trading, they can sell if they want, but we have no way of knowing if they have.
