He's obviously paranoid, and has been from the get-go.

What's hidden is suspect, and I suspect Bordynuik has much to hide.

What start-up company wouldn't want to open their doors to potential investors? Those potential investors ask questions however..


The AGM shoudnt be limited to shareholders. Howza about potential owners. Juicy John just doesnt want to answer pointed questions.

Shareholders are those people that have chosen to put money at risk.

"Potential Owners" are a the rest of the planet.

People that have put money at risk buy certain privileges in the market.

This reminds me of a comment a sales manager at a car dealership made to me one time when discussing the car biz. He said "money talks, bullshit walks" and so it should be at an AGM.
