It's probably permitted for a pick and shovel / wheelbarrow operation but NOT for large scale NEW tailings disposal areas. These guys say they will be RE-WORKING the old tailings and mine-waste DUMPS ( of unproven and non-compliant value ).

KATX has no potential for potential investors as Ken/CEO hit upon in the S-1 SEC filings. Non reporting in future to boot. The only HYPE left is BVIG where all KATX assets got transferred. KATX is a dead horse in my opinion. Definitely a HOLD until SEC determination on filing. Patience.
