DVAX is simply too strange to venture a guess as to what might be going on. They certainly are not signaling a buyout. Why accept such a haircut (roughly 15%) unless they are cash constrained, which they don't seem to be. Bizarre.



I can't figure that one out either. I know Dew loves a good conspiracy theory, so I will throw one out there for laughs:

Maybe Dino Dina (and his 500k shares) was looking for a buyout, but the board and the rest of management have dreams of being a real company someday. So they forced him out the door. How's that one?

Btw, you gotta love the name Dino Dina. Didn't he take on The Hulkster in the steel cage years ago?

DVAX has quietly made a nice move back after the horrendous beating it took from the dark days of the offering/CEO stepping down. Still not @ $5, but a very nice move from $3.50 where it landed when we last spoke. I managed to add a few down there.

I wonder if Peter still owns DVAX?
