White collar crime takes place every day. The BOD and management need to answer for their actions WHICH MAKE NO SENSE. It's either complete incompetence or criminal (or both).
Shareholders have rights and we're going to exercise those rights to find out the truth. If it shows they're simply idiots, so be it but I want to know.
I agree with ever thing you said. I'm just hoping something comes out before legal action. I think we should just give them a chance to report. They have at least 4 high dollar accountants working for them and all are CPA's that are not cooking the books, hiding assets, breaking SEC laws, etc. A company would not be hiring new accountants to help them comment crimes against investors. If anything we would be seeing accountants hitting the exit door.
Give them a chance! I agree chunky-g, seems like everyone is sitting here demanding this company do well and perform. We all knew what we were getting into. We are all big boys....it's a risk for gawd sakes, let them do what they do. I know what I own.
chunky-g, I could not agree with you more. I do not post all the much anymore these days as it is a "Wait and see" approach at this time but I do read each post here everyday while moderating the Board. Like you said; the talk about legal action agains the Company certainly does not do us any justice for attracting new investors and in fact it turns them away. Also like you; in all likelihood the Company has all their Bases covered as far as compliance Issues based on their current status. We all knew that getting in ATRN was a risk and there was a reason for the voluntary delisting. With that in mind it does not mean the company is "Scum" now and everything is over. Your last 4 words in your Post sums it up: "Give them a chance!"
