We don't know, but, SEC law I don't think so, fiduciary duty, maybe, because many things point to that, so it is our right to investigate, and, if something found, file a lawsuit.
The request to inspect the books and records is another right any shareholder of record has, it has nothing to do with the possible breach of fiduciary duty.
