Well it doesn't mention Phoneguard anywhere in the PR so we must be going Bankrupt and not part of the concert anymore....I wonder if they were going to be a sponsor or supporter or participant out in the parking lot selling phoneguard cd's out of Frohman's VW van???

Maybe the the disgruntled phoneguard shareholders can organize a protest like the "Occupy" movement and invite Tim Sykes down as the guest speaker...lol
