A. Walmart has their own moral issues to deal with.

B. GNC still carrying DMAA products? I don't think a misdemeanor will make a difference.

C. Possible, but I doubt it... once again..... a misdemeanor. If Eurpac had reservations about these things, it would have likely been brought up during the deal making process. I just don't know how this would have been a surprise for them

This conviction discounts Jeremy Deluca and the Musclepharm executive board and the Musclepharm brand, but I don't think it discounts them that much.

That post didn't move the PPS any lower. Keep at it please, i have an order at .016 i want filled today before the form (4) comes out. IMO
