I appreciate your expertise though your post was not too clear.
Still all in all, I believe in TECO and it still is a beautiful rig even though you think it is there for appearances. Shame that TECO wasted their time and money on a rig that is useless, even though it is a beautiful rig. Maybe a few minor adjustments and it will be able to drill for oil. What do you think?
Go TECO.

What type of rig is best suited for Belize in your opinion?

The Schramm T685 rig that Treaty has in Belize is the same type of rig that was used in Chili to drill the initial hole to locate the trapped miners. It is a very high dollar rig that's used for those that can afford it's higher cost.
The reason you cannot figure where the BOP would go is because you probably have zero idea what you are talking about but beyond that the rig either has to be elevated on a substructure to allow for the BOP or the well site has to be excavated down about 5ft to allow for the BOP.That is how Treaty did the San Juan#2.
Treaty has a ship that will arrive in Belize about Monday or Tuesday that has a subframe for the rig to be elevated for future wells. Also the new lighter drill pipe and other drilling accessories plus a new Water truck.
You wonder how I could know this?I call and ask legitimate questions and I have always received a answer. You might try the same and put out information with answers instead of making statements that show your complete lack of knowledge or your veiled attempt to hurt the company and it's shareholders
