I would like to have had an offer from anyone to buy out CNYC. I thought that someone was interested, but I guess not, after looking at their progress so far. All the hype, that came out at the time that CNYC was working to get their listing on the TSX approved, didn't pan out as they said it would.
We're stuck with a company that isn't really concerned about their stockholders. Not much we can do. JMHO
