I thought that was weird when I read it. If if you cant talk about what he has is doing at ATRN why not mention just the fact that he was or is on the BOD for Atrinsic?
Maybe they wanted the news be out that he had moved over to Fullbridge with Peter Olson before they say that Fullbridge is merging into ATRN and will become a public company. Peter is a Harvard educated lawyer and a highly respected individual. I know that most ATRN shareholders do not have much faith in Goldfarb, but this guy does believe in Goldfarb just like Atrinsic believed in Goldfarb. So I guess we will see soon how all of this plays out.
