I don't see any promotion on MXMI. The reason should be this as per the pinksheets "Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public."

Its CE just because company is not regular filing the document. It takes only $3000 to get it current. LOL.
