Wrong...The officers of the company do not hold any freely trading shares.....as in their shares are restricted. The company still has about 300 million shares to release if they choose to do so. You and I would be the last to find out. Do I think they're just selling shares.....NO. But the fact is they already diluted by releasing the 95 million common shares to convert debt.
