it's really an upgrade. Romit Shah has gone from "Sell at $19" to "reduce at $25". I think he knows he's been wrong for quite a while now. he's just looking for a temporary dip in the stock price, so he gets to be right once, before he turns bullish. He's tone has turned much more bullish now than a year ago, when he believed ARM would crush Intel. Young kid. Still learning...
Really? An initial run rate of over 100M units (amortized per year) can't fill 22nm capacity - in the first year when there's only a single fab being brought online?
I'm amazed he can make two statements side-by-side that so completely contradict each other.
