I think, in all reality, that CTC will win contracts on price, not on performance. From what I've read, there is not a whole lot of difference between the two cables, ACCR can actually carry up to 50% more electricity while ACCC sags much less. The difference is the price. ACCR costs $20 a foot while ACCC is currently selling for $5.50.
