Understand....Let me give you two items of news.

In writing a concern letter to past Chairman Lars Thomassen, he sent me an e-mail April 4 regarding UCP and this is what he said....

"As you know, I am out of UCP and now just a passive shareholder. My impression is that the Sweden and Norwegian operations are doing really well and Niclas Froberg is doing a great job.
Lets all hope that Niclas and his team will manage to get the shareprices back to where it should be."
Best regards,
Lars Thomassen

There must be good things happening and we will find out how good soon.
Second item is in today's Swedish newspaper. During this Award Media week there is a call for CEO to be more opened with information...

"It is becoming increasingly important to companies' top executives to marketing and communications issues."stated
Lars G Nordström is Chairman of Vattenfall and is a former president of including Post Office and Nordea.

Today he was interviewed on the Stockholm Media Week, elsewhere he insisted that it is increasingly important to companies' top executives to marketing and communication issues because the tempo is so high today.

- In acute crises can not be president and chairman of the board to wait for the communication manager should collect their department and develop a strategy, said Mr. Nordström. To which companies do not understand the communication is risky, says Lars G Nordström.

- A company's success is based on that you can not communicate error. Communication must be top of mind in the management. It is not about communicating the right but not to communicate errors.

As a CEO you have to ensure that they are selling works before you disclose it.

I would say that Niclas and Carl was in the meeting.
