ICPA simply bounced today as Lowtrade said it MIGHT do for the Fib retrace The volume was not all that impressive

I guess there are many that believe CEO Steve Sambis is going to have that official pr with Clear Channel Communications for millions and millions of dollars and that will justify a sp of much higher??
