Wanna bet, the names of those to whom eade gifted those half a million shares, would ring a bell?

Remarks:
533,100 shares were gifted to four individuals by an affiliate.

Funny, eade is the one that had to file the Form 4, but yet eade states that the shares were gifted, "by an affiliate". What's up with that?

All of those 533,100 shares were worth $271,881.00 as of COB 11/30/2011, what a generous fellow.
