It looks like they gave themselves a pretty nice bonus. Maybe they awarded the options in lieu of wages I can see that. The options given to David and his wife are totally out of line. If I read it correctly they gave themselves 3.5 million each! That to me is extremely excessive especially when most of the share holders have taken a huge haircut on their share value.

Also found something interesting here. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LVCA/insider-transactions I am not sure but it might be investment group that purchased shares. This could be real good.

This company won't survive without actually selling something, like leases to the properties. And the transactions have to be large. There is a limit to the games they can play, like finding another exchange to list on, new board members, etc. All early (and substantially underwater investors) should resign themselves to the fact that this company lacks momentum. They should have never reverse merged into the public markets. Weak management. It doesn't even warrant taking short positions.
