I'm not sold yet.....Today's movement on RARS could simply be the result of the momo surrounding the anticipation of APS's next pick.

They keep changing up the game, so folks might have jumped on the bandwagon under the assumtion that APS would issue RARS as their next pick and throw a curve out there.....Now they reissued SNPK! LOL

I think it's possible that they haven't worked out all the details on their next true pick and are simply stalling. JMHO.
